Bally Hundal has extensive trial experience in many areas of the Criminal Code as well as The Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He has also conducted jury trials and has a unique and innate ability to address juries on serious criminal matters. investigators and technology and internet experts to develop comprehensive cross-examinations in order to show false or misleading allegations. This is one of the reasons why he has a high rate of success for his clients. He is known for being an aggressive trial lawyer, but honest.
